Patients opting for the co-payment option will have their insurance verified by our billing partner to determine the applicable co-payment amount.
Co-payment fees are due upon appointment and will be deducted from the patient’s credit or debit card.
Self-Pay
Our self-pay option offers flexibility, allowing patients to pay either in installments or upon appointment.
Insurance
Prior to the first appointment, patients will receive intake paperwork to be completed. This paperwork includes authorization for processing payment via credit or debit card.
