How It Works
Julie Mental Health Services provides mental health care both in clinic visits and also via video visits which can be done from the comfort of your home, office or car. Julie Mental Health Services is based on the premise that patients who require mental health care respond best to a combination of therapy and medication. We place special emphasis on the integration of a psycho therapeutic approach with careful and limited use of medication prescribed only when necessary.

Payment Options
Co Payment
- Patients opting for the co-payment option will have their insurance verified by our billing partner to determine the applicable co-payment amount.
- Co-payment fees are due upon appointment and will be deducted from the patient’s credit or debit card.
Self-Pay
- Our self-pay option offers flexibility, allowing patients to pay either in installments or upon appointment.
Insurance
- Prior to the first appointment, patients will receive intake paperwork to be completed. This paperwork includes authorization for processing payment via credit or debit card.

Cancellation
- Notice Period: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring any fee.
