Payment Options

Co-Payment:
  • Patients opting for the co-payment option will have their insurance verified by our billing partner to determine the applicable co-payment amount.
  • Co-payment fees are due upon appointment and will be deducted from the patient’s credit or debit card.
Self-Pay:
  • Our self-pay option offers flexibility, allowing patients to pay either in installments or upon appointment.
Insurance:
  • Prior to the first appointment, patients will receive intake paperwork to be completed. This paperwork includes authorization for processing payment via credit or debit card.

Appointment Process

  • Our clinic only takes virtual appointments
  • We have video sessions with our patients

Cancellation

  • Notice Period: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring any fee.
